county soccer club who he now says sexually abused him for five years. in a lawsuit, fisher says mark plied him with alcohol and ghb, the date rape drug starting in 2005 and that he sexually assaulted him repeatedly. >> he told me that his coach raped him at the soccer summer camp. >> fisher's mother says the soccer club allowed a se scrert vis agent to keep coaching even after several parents warn the club about his inappropriate conduct with the board. >> the soccer club spoke to him, to mark. and they let that man walk out without any discipline whatsoever. they never alerted the police. they never alerted me. >> beth ann fisher says the

abuse sent her son spiraling downward. until police arrested him in february for robbing the medicap pharmacy in search of drugs to end his life. >> he didn't want to hurt anybody and didn't hurt anybody. he wanted to hurt himself. >> history goes back to 1989 when the boy scouts of america placed him on their so-called proversion file. based on another boy's claim that he grabbed his genitals at a camp in north carolina. still, the fauquier county commonwealth attorney wrote last month, there was not sufficient evidence to file criminal charges against him in the alleged abuse of fisher. >> predators like this gain the trust, move in, become a father figure, become a trust figure, and then take advantage. >> standard of proof in a civil case is lower than in a criminal one. it will now be up to a judge or a jury to decide if the

fauquier club is legally responsible for allowing this alleged abuse to continue. >> bruce leshan, wusa9. >> he moved to colorado where he continues to coach youth soccer. he e mailed bruce that he would call him today, but so far, he has not. the soccer club also declined to comment. derek. >> the mid shipman accused of sexually assaulting a woman last year will be court marshaled in february. josh tate was arraigned today. the naval academy student accused of assaulting a woman at an annapolis house in april of 2012, now a second mid shipman, eric graham, is scheduled to be court marshaled next january. the verdict is in and it is guilty for the man accused of killing washington redskins star, sean taylor. eric rivera convicted on second- degree murder charges. now taylor, you'll remember, was killed during a botched robbery at his home in miami around 2007.
